My partner told me that he's not the one that is pregnant so I must do what I have to do for the baby. I will be breaking up with him. He has treated me so badly and it's my first child. I do not think I will ever be able to forget the way he treats me or forgive him.

So what if a wife is lazy, and doesnt do her part, you expect men just to forgive and love regardless, nope, if she is not helping with the kids, or cleaning, or cooking, or working, and just doing her own thing, and the man is working and making up for what she doesnt get done, thats a man begging to be used and be taken advantage of. again you method is applicable to only a cookie cutter situation where everyone is a team player, theres wives and kids who dont get the program and go do their own thing.

I do have high standards and I am strict on my kids and wife for that matter, I just feel like this video is a good goal to aim to as far as hey this is what the book answer, but I don't think it's practical or realistic advice, atleast for the modern family, I feel like this is the white american mindset of what a "healthy family" looks like, but me being latino and wife asian we have a more direct approach, I think this soft approach enables the wife and kids to feel validated in making mistakes and continue to do so and doesn't put any pressure on accountability for actions. Like a lot of kids these days are fucking nuts, they have a mouth on them and do deplorable things way worse from the 90s, a good ass chewing and some heavy chores and even a spanking keeps these kids in line and actually demands respect and honestly they gain independence from this because im not coddling them and saying everythings all right its ok you didnt do you your best and not listen, you still get rewarded with empathy and kindness. No, absolutely not, my kids dont do this but if they did say back talk a teacher, or rip up a couch or act a fool eating out, theres gonna be consequences, they need to understand how the world works. This approach may work for white families but honestly, white families with all the financial support, head start, empathy and access to resources end up being the meanest, most aggressive, entitled, violent, and narcissistic families. Now, I do love my kids and wife, but they mess up I'm letting them know and not letting it go until they understand it was a mistake, and the same goes for me I ask them to hold me accountable, say if I cuss at home or did something unethical or whatever, i ask my family to hold me accountable for my actions and words.

I legit ignore most of my kids tantrums and when i don't give them attention for it, it stops. Eventually they just learn that throwing a tantrum doesn't get mom's attention, and doesnt work to get what they want. At the same time i remove them from what is upsettign them into a quiet space and at the end of the tantrum when theyve calmed down i praise them for calming down and rock & talk to them about why they were upset.

There's a difference between punishment and discipline. Youre conflating the two. Discipline works, punishment doesnt.

Human brains are more diverse. There is no way that people can fall exactly into one of these 6 types.Fictional characters can fall under one of these 6 type but they are fictional not real life. Most of us have traits that is a mixture of these types or even traits thats not mentioned in these types. Plus people behaves differently in different social situations. Ure personality is unique and rarely you can find a clone of ureself. These personality typings are pseudo science.

I feel like a ghost when I’m trying to get my sons attention I call him by his name, I say hey or hi or come over here and nothing he’s just a non stop train that feels that he knows what is doing and everytime he cry’s he always gets his way no matter what from his mother. So one day he was crying for no necessary reason and I decided to just let him cry to see if he was willing to stop and realized that crying isn’t the solution but that didn’t end up well with my wife and we almost got divorced. But I find it so crazy that a little toddler can have so much control over her how I’m a 23 year old father and I have zero control over my child and partly my wife

Biggest tip to all those crying about regrets and never wanting to be a father. You can get a vesectomy, you can wear a condom that you purchased, you can decide not to have sex. You have choices. And if your actions led to you being a father, be the one you never had! Don't lay on your deathbed regretting your whole life because you wanted to play games, time goes by so fast, if you're struggling with mental health, please talk to someone (not cheating, i mean a professional). A baby builds trust in the very beginning, if they don't have that, you will miss out on the unconditional love.
